Refunds for digital content products cannot be processed unless there is a technical issue. When you call Payguru’s customer service support line, necessary instructions are provided, and if the payment is eligible for a refund, it is forwarded to the merchant. If it is not possible to obtain information within a reasonable time frame about the service provided by the merchant regarding the transaction, Payguru processes the refund. After the evaluation of your refund request, you will be contacted within 24-72 hours, and if approved, your refund will be processed.
