I entered the wrong recipient information (bank account number, account holder name etc.)during bank transfer. What should I do?

Your bank is expected to reject the transfer / EFT transaction if you incorrectly enter the recipient information (bank account number, account holder name etc.) during the bank transfer. In this case, the amount of transfer you have made will be returned to your bank account in a short time. The duration may vary according to the bank where the payment is made. Please note that Payguru can only detect the payments made to its own bank accounts and can’t take any action for the transfers made to the other bank accounts.
