It seems that I paid less than I was supposed to pay. What should I do?
First, check your exact payment amount from “check my payment” page on this site by entering your purchase reference number. You can complete the “missing amount” by making a new payment of the “missing amount” with the same purchase reference code in “description” field of the corresponding payment interface. (i.e. ATM, Online or Mobile banking channels). Payguru auto matching system will detect the purchase reference code, will check the total payment amount and will notify the merchant after confirming the total payment amount matches the purchase amount, enabling merchant to complete your purchase order.
